How to Order from our Website
Adding an item:
Browse by Category or use the Keyword Search feature until you find a product you would like to order. After each product description there will be an "Order" button. The order button will add one of that product to your shopping cart. To order more than one, type the appropriate number in the quantity box and click the "Recalculate" button. It will automatically add up your order including sales tax if applicable. If you would like more information about that product, simple click on the product name. Each time you add an item to your order, you will be shown the contents of your cart.
Changing Order:
To remove items, simply type a (0) in the quantity box then click the "Recalculate" button. If there is only one item in your cart you can click on the "Empty Cart" button.
Check Out:
After you select your payment type, press the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page. Check the "Use Separte Shipping Address" box if you would like it shipped to your office or someone else. Fill out the forms with your billing, shipping and credit card information.
Please supply all information requested. Include your phone number in case of questions regarding your order. Phone numbers are kept confidential.
Once all your information is correct, click the "Proceed" button and you will receive your receipt.
Mispriced Product:
We do our best to make sure all of our pricing is accurate, but occasionally errors occur in our system. If you feel that the price you were charged for a product is incorrect, please let us know immediately and we will take care of the error.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for our website or placed over the telephone. Orders sent through the mail can be paid for by money order or credit card. Orders payable in U.S. funds only.

Backorders:
We do our best to ship your order complete, but occasionally items are not available for immediate delivery. In this case, your credit card will be charged only for the products that are shipped.
Damages and Shortages:
Although we try to pack our products very carefully, occasionally we make mistakes or damage may occur. In this case, please keep all packing material and notify us immediately.
Shipping Info:
We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All of our orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. It normally takes 1-7 working days to receive an order, depending on your location.
Please note: For faster service, please submit a street address since UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
International orders:
Orders can only be shipped to residents in the United States of America.
Express Delivery:
If you would like a faster delivery, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Delivery Service for an additional charge. You will need to call ahead for the amount since shipping charges are calculated according to the weight and destination of the package.
